4. Configure protection and start
Keep LSCT and the selected MT5 terminal open while relying on software management. Connecting the host and allowing new entries are separate steps.
Protection before trailing
Choose source-command, favourable-distance or TP1-progress protection. Apply it individually or qualify the group using the worst actual entry. Per-target trailing begins after confirmed protection; ratio 2 with unit 10 moves the stop by 10 for each additional price advance of 20. Milestones can move stops toward earlier targets.
Only broker-accepted changes establish protection. Costs, slippage and stop/freeze limits matter. Trailing must not deliberately move the stop backwards. New settings do not rewrite the frozen plans of existing setups.
Preview and controlled activation
- After onboarding, select Signal preview - no orders, then Connect Telegram. Enter your LSCT credentials and Telegram code or two-step password only when prompted. Cancel stops the attempt. Show dashboard opens the local workspace.
- Disconnect before choosing a different host mode. Practice trading requires the matching authorized DEMO account. The host starts Paused; inspect the account and settings, then press Start separately.
- The explicit LIVE path requires typing the displayed exact-account/server confirmation. A wrong or cancelled confirmation is denied. Correct confirmation still leaves the host Paused; it is not a certificate of live readiness.
The recorded account remains authoritative
Each license remains bound to its recorded broker server and MT5 account. Choosing DEMO or LIVE does not change that binding. Arrange a separately authorized demo setup with LSCT when checking the workflow before real-money use; do not assume an automatic account transition is available.
