1. Software service and request status
LSCT Nexus is provided by Lone Star Capital Trading LLC, a domestic limited liability company formed in Texas, United States, with Texas File Number 806162658 and an effective date of 10 August 2025. Formation details are as recorded in the document supplied by the company. The owner must confirm the commercial terms before activation, including delivery, charges, renewal, cancellation and refunds, subject to applicable law. This form requests software access and records your acknowledgement; it is not an issued license, a payment receipt or approval to trade. LSCT Nexus processes selected signal sources; it does not supply trading signals, personal investment advice or guaranteed results.
2. Trading risk and limits of protection
Trading, leverage and automation involve high risk and may cause loss of your capital. You choose your signal sources, instruments, position sizes and risk limits. Signals can be wrong, ambiguous, delayed, incomplete or changed. Spreads, fees, slippage, gaps, broker rejection and partial fills can change results. Stop-loss, break-even, trailing and other controls cannot guarantee a fill price, prevent every loss or ensure uninterrupted protection. Do not rely on advertised, simulated or past performance as a promise of future returns.
3. Installation, account and connectivity
Use a suitable 64-bit Windows computer, a stable connection and the configured MetaTrader 5 terminal, signed into the exact licensed broker server and account. The current execution model requires a Hedging account. Keep the host and terminal running while relying on software management. Telegram access, permissions, quotes, broker clock and the licensing service must remain valid. One license serves one fixed trading account and one execution session. This request does not transfer a license or authorize an automatic DEMO-to-LIVE account change.
4. Plan, activation and payment
The requested monthly prices are Core USD 9, Scale USD 19 and Pro USD 29, subject to the owner's confirmation before activation. The final total will be confirmed in the Square or PayPal invoice provided by the owner before payment. Source/symbol limits are respectively 2/5, 5/25 and 10/50. A source is a channel, group or incoming personal chat within one Telegram login. Basic protective controls are included in every plan. Automatic adoption of existing positions and manual execution from the browser are outside the current installed scope. A requested seven-day trial is subject to eligibility and owner confirmation. This form does not charge you, start automatic billing, activate a subscription, verify supplied license dates or guarantee trial availability.
5. Your operating responsibilities
Read the installation and operating guides, review the configured sources and exact symbols, and set whole-setup and total-open risk limits before use. Complete controlled DEMO acceptance before any separate LIVE decision. Review uncertain interpretations and broker outcomes instead of assuming an order was sent or protected. Start, Pause and Emergency are operating controls; Pause and Emergency do not automatically close positions or cancel pending orders. A disconnected host cannot continue software management. Changing or disabling a source can affect future instructions; review existing exposure with support before making changes.
6. Local record and personal delivery
The information entered here stays in this page's memory. This form does not send it to LSCT, save it in website storage or place it in a link. Changing language or closing/reloading the page loses the draft. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy on your device; protect it and any shared copies. If you choose to send the file through Telegram, Telegram processes that transfer under its own terms and the recipient receives your document. Never include passwords, verification codes, API credentials, bot tokens or identity documents. Send only the requested acknowledgement to the official LSCT contact and verify the recipient.
7. Meaning of your acknowledgement
By selecting the acknowledgement box and typing your full name, you confirm that you have read this version of the risk disclosure and operating conditions and that the request details are yours to submit. Your typed name and device time are customer-provided records, not verified identity, a trusted timestamp or a legally certified electronic signature. A SHA-256 record digest, when available, identifies this local record's contents; it does not prove identity, delivery, approval or authenticity. This acknowledgement is not automatic consent to execute trades. No governing jurisdiction, refund waiver or exclusion of statutory rights is created by this form. Activation and any separate commercial agreement require owner review.
